Settlement Tanks for BIOROCK Treatment Plants
The BIOROCK Sewage Treatment Plant follows a settlement tank made for us by Conder - the 'Crystal' Septic Tank
It is also possible to use an existing 2 chamber septic tank as the settlement tank. It needs to be the correct size and be watertight. In this case you would just order the BIOROCK plant itself. The settlement tank is fitted with an effluent filter.
All tanks are supplied with neck extensions which are cut to fit in order to match their outlet with the inlet to the BIOROCK (600mm inlet invert)

The Class 1 settlement tanks are more expensive to buy, as they are thicker fibreglass, but cheaper and easier to install - the choice is yours.
All the Conder settlement tanks have a 30 year tank warranty when installed as per the installation manual (see DOWNLOADS below).

We can also supply full drawings for you to build your own raw sewage settlement tank using concrete and blocks. This is useful for the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands, where transportation of large tanks is expensive. As the BIOROCK fits on pallets, they are relatively cheap to transport.
