Our sincere thanks and appreciation to Will, Chris and Darryl who make a great first class team.

When Will first visited to discuss what was required we found him extremely helpful. He took time to talk everything through with us and immediately inspired confidence.
The team arrived early each morning always bright and cheerful and worked a long day finishing approximately 6.30 each evening. We had our own Electrician who worked with them who stated that they were the best team he had ever worked with and he thoroughly enjoyed the time working with them. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they managed to install our new Pure Flo sewage treatment plant and complete everything in just three and a half days.

We kept a supply of drinks going for them but usually they were too busy to stop and have a drink and more often than not the drinks were getting cold before they got around to them. The interaction between the three of them was great as everyone had an input and suggestions to make. They were very good with my husband who is disabled but always wanted to know what was going on and the good humour and patience was a pleasure to see.

It would be a pleasure to recommend Spa Pipes to anyone who is thinking of installing or replacing a sewage treatment plant as we could not have wished for a more professional, pleasant and efficient team and they have our heartfelt and sincere thanks.

Andy and his team provided invaluable advice with installing the most appropriate system for our
Huf Haus holiday property on the Dorset coast. He was not defeated by the many challenges presented
by our unique and sensitive site. The work was carried out to budget, ahead of schedule and in a sensitive
manner. His team were professional at all times and got on well with both our builders and our other team
of groundworkers. We would thoroughly recommend his services especially for the bio-rock system installation.
